All consumer product parts are produced and verified under defined dimensional and appearance standards. Each process is controlled to ensure repeatability, consistency, and compliance with design data.

Dimensional Accuracy
Critical dimensions are held within ±0.05 mm or tighter when required. ISO 2768-m is used as the default reference. Measurements are confirmed on CMM equipment, and production data are monitored for process stability.

Surface Quality
Surface texture and gloss levels follow ISO 1302 requirements. Visual areas are inspected under standard lighting to verify texture, color tone, and uniform reflection without visible flow marks or weld lines.

Material and Color Consistency
All raw materials are certified to RoHS and REACH. Color deviation between lots is kept within ΔE ≤ 1.0. Material traceability and lot records are maintained for every production run.

Assembly Fit and Function
Part interfaces are checked for interference, clearance, and locking strength according to drawing requirements. Trial assemblies are performed before batch release to confirm fit and operating smoothness.

Mass Production Control
Mold condition, cavity balance, and cooling efficiency are verified at set intervals. Process parameters are logged and maintained to keep cycle stability and dimensional repeatability over long runs.

Quality Management
All production follows ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 procedures. First-article inspection and process capability reports are available on request.
