Quality & Tolerance Control
Automotive parts are checked for dimensions, assembly fit, appearance, surface finish, and material requirements before shipment. For mold projects, JeekMould reviews cavity and core accuracy, parting lines, gate vestige, cooling performance, and mold trial feedback before production.
Inspection can include CMM measurement, visual checks, sample approval, material review, and production records. FAI, PPAP, and inspection reports can be provided when required.
