Several Methods of CNC Machining

This is a brief description of our individual processes

CNC Turning

Lathe-based machining of rotating parts (3-5 axes). Capable of machining shafts, sleeves, pins and threaded structures with tight concentricity control and consistent surface finish.

CNC Milling

Multi-axis machining generally in planar and prismatic geometries. Supports the machining of cavities, contouring and precision datum structures in aluminum and engineering polymers.

Precision Machining

We provide ultra-high precision components. We tolerate up to ±0.005 mm, and higher precision can be achieved through process planning and process inspection.

EDM

Removes hot corrosion from conductive materials using pulsed discharges. High-precision contour cutting with a continuously moving wire realizes extremely small fillet radii.
