Injection Molding Services We Support
Custom plastic injection molding for housings, brackets, clips, covers, and functional plastic parts. Common materials include ABS, PC, PP, nylon, POM, and other engineering plastics.
Two-shot injection molding combines two colors or materials into one molded part. It is used for sealing areas, soft-touch grips, buttons, handles, and multi-material plastic components.
Insert molding places metal inserts, threaded inserts, pins, terminals, or bushings into plastic during molding. It helps create stronger plastic parts with built-in metal features.
Overmolding adds soft TPE, TPU, or rubber-like material over a rigid plastic or metal base. It improves grip, comfort, sealing, impact protection, and product appearance.

Injection Molding FAQ
What is Jeek's production volume range for injection-molded parts?
We support orders ranging from single-piece samples to mass production runs of tens of thousands. For new product development or trial production phases, we handle small-batch injection molding. Once mass production begins, we can swiftly transition to production molds, ensuring consistent and stable supply capabilities.
What is the typical lead time for mold manufacturing?
Standard molds usually require 2–4 weeks, while complex or multi-cavity molds take approximately 4–6 weeks.
Jeek also offers rapid mold services, completing small-batch molds within 7–10 days for trial production.
Can molds be reused?
Yes. Completed molds can be reused for product updates or reorders.
Jeek stores molds free of charge for clients. Subsequent orders can directly reuse the original mold for production without additional mold fees.
Are design modifications allowed after mold completion?
Yes. Minor adjustments (e.g., hole positions, wall thickness, chamfers) can be achieved through localized mold repairs or modifications.
For significant changes, we evaluate and provide mold retrofitting solutions to optimize costs while preserving the original mold.
Do you offer trial molding or sample services?
We provide T0/T1 trial molding services for clients to verify product dimensions and appearance before mass production.
Trial molding includes a sample inspection report covering dimensional measurements, surface finish, and material verification to ensure quality compliance.
Can materials or colors be specified?
Customers may specify material brands (e.g., Sabic, BASF, Dupont) and colors.
Colors can be matched to Pantone swatches to ensure brand consistency and appearance standards.
What surface treatment processes are available?
We offer multiple post-processing options including mirror polishing, fine sand texture, sandblasting, painting, electroplating, screen printing, and UV coating to meet diverse requirements for both cosmetic and functional parts.
How does Jeek ensure injection molding part quality?
Every production batch undergoes First Article Inspection (FAI) and process sampling, accompanied by fully traceable quality inspection records.
We strictly adhere to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and provide material compliance certifications such as RoHS and REACH upon request.
What payment and shipping methods are available?
We accept bank transfers, PayPal, credit cards, and other payment methods.
International express shipping (DHL, FedEx) or bulk air/sea freight can be arranged per client requirements, with complete export documentation provided.
Can we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. We prioritize client project confidentiality and are willing to sign NDAs.
From design files to sample delivery, encrypted management ensures the security of your intellectual property throughout the entire process.
