Several Methods of CNC Machining
This is a brief description of our individual processes
CNC Turning
Lathe-based machining of rotating parts (3-5 axes). Capable of machining shafts, sleeves, pins and threaded structures with tight concentricity control and consistent surface finish.
CNC Milling
Multi-axis machining generally in planar and prismatic geometries. Supports the machining of cavities, contouring and precision datum structures in aluminum and engineering polymers.
Precision Machining
We provide ultra-high precision components. We tolerate up to ±0.005 mm, and higher precision can be achieved through process planning and process inspection.
EDM
Removes hot corrosion from conductive materials using pulsed discharges. High-precision contour cutting with a continuously moving wire realizes extremely small fillet radii.
How our machining solves customer needs?
Machining solutions for complex structures and high-precision requirements
Enabling designs to be manufactured with real quality
Engineering solutions for urgent deliveries and tight tolerances
Complex parts are no longer a production bottleneck

Large-Format CNC Machining Capability
The Makino V90S 5-axis machining center supports high-precision milling of oversized aluminum and steel components.
With a 2000 × 1200 × 700 mm working envelope and 8,000 kg load capacity, dimensional stability is maintained using thermal compensation and on-machine probing.
Capable of machining large structural components while maintaining tight tolerances and geometric accuracy. Ideal for large molds, industrial machinery bases, automation platforms, and EV battery structures.

What machining tolerances can Jeek achieve?
Standard CNC machining tolerances are ±0.05 mm, while critical features such as mating surfaces, alignment holes, or precision grooves can reach ±0.01 mm.
All precision parts are verified through CMM inspection and GD&T tolerance verification.
What materials can be machined? Do you support aluminum, stainless steel, and engineering plastics?
Jeek supports a wide range of metals and plastics, including:
Aluminum alloys: 6061, 7075, 2024
Stainless steel: 303, 304, 316, 17-4PH
Carbon steel, brass, copper, titanium
Engineering plastics: POM, ABS, PC, PA, PEEK, and more
Heat treatment, anodizing, plating, and other finishing options are available for strength or corrosion resistance.
What is the maximum machining size? Can you handle large structural parts?
With large-scale vertical machining centers such as the Makino V90S, Jeek can machine parts up to 2000 × 1200 × 700 mm.
We specialize in large aluminum components, jigs, base plates, and tooling inserts, maintaining geometric stability and dimensional accuracy under temperature-controlled conditions.
What is the typical lead time? Do you accept urgent CNC machining projects?
Typical lead times range from 3–7 working days, depending on part complexity and quantity.
Jeek supports 24/7 production scheduling, and urgent CNC machining orders can be completed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
